Member Spotlight: No Labels Non-Profit Mission

As a mother of 4 children with varied special needs diagnoses, Jennifer Garst has created a nonprofit with a mission to help special needs families and families living at the hospital in the DFW area feel connected to others who understand their journey.  She wants to help families who are finding out new things about their kids and let them know it's not a diagnosis or label, but simply something to learn about and bring into their normal days.  NO Labels stands passionately on the belief that children should not be labeled by their abilities, but rather given freedom of NO label, which allows them to grow and thrive in wonderful ways.
