Denton County Crime Stoppers

Lori Nelson serves as Secretary of the volunteer Board of Directors for Denton County Crime Stoppers and is a co-host of the organization’s podcast, Denton County: Unsolved, which highlights unsolved cases and encourages community members to share information that can assist law enforcement. In her role, she works to increase public awareness of Crime Stoppers and the critical role anonymous tips play in creating safer communities.

Professionally, Lori also serves as Director of Community Engagement at Denton County Friends of the Family, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
